There is another coverage map on the at&t coverage viewer, with pay as you go clicked: If you've checked at&t's 5g coverage area before, you'll notice that it's grown from spanning 18.11% of the nation to a respectable 29.52%. You only pay on the days that you use talk or talk (data costs $.01 per 5kb).
Maps based on the underlying network of each prepaid carrier.
